MCU The Black Order vs Thor

With Phase 1/2 feats only the Black Order can win.

Maw would be the main key.

He can use his TK to distract and annoy Thor and Cull would also serve as a good distraction.

Using these Corvus can sneak in and run his Glaive through Thor.

Proxima too has no purpose here other than to be a distraction.

Thor even under these conditions.

Thor gets wrecked.

I’d say Thor high dif. He one shots Corvus and Proxima, Ebony can’t hold him forever, and Cull isn’t putting him down.

Black Order has a chance when others serve as distraction and Maw uses glaive to stab Thor.

I'm not sure if Maw can restrain Thor (he only did that to weakened Thor that was badly beaten by Thanos and could barely stand). I also don't think Cull is stronger than Thor and if he is, it's not by lot. So he can likely restrain Thor with Maw's TK help. That's probably the other way to win.

This aside, none of the team has answer to Thor's lighting. Most likely they can't stop Mjolnir too, either with TK or by physical force. So I give Thor a majority.

Thor is one shotting everyone here except Cull who gets taken out in 2 Mjolnir strikes.

Thor solos if he lightning spams.
