If stats are equalized down to Muhammad Ali's level Thanos falls over from his weight. Ali could pummel him unless Thanos falls on him.

If stats are equalized in either way and size is equalized as well Ali wins.

Height is equalized. But do you really think Thanos can lose? He knows at least 4-5 types of fighting styles, and manhandled Thor and Hulk (who is possibly stronger than him). He even caught Loki who tried to stab him, in about a split second.I think Thanos can come with the win if he isn’t cocky
