Thanos has all the stones minus the time stone. Who wins?
MCU Thanos vs MCU Dormammu
Dormmamu can't harm Thanos. He can't bypass his shields (it took him a bit to even bypass Strange shields which Thanos destroyed with a simple kick) and Thanos can make himself transparent.
Meanwhile Thanos can just one shot Dormmamu with the reality stone.
@anthp2000: The Aether was able to operate at a universal scale (using the convergence), but it still was able to cover the universe with a user who wasn’t as capable as Thanos
X
Thanos loses, the only two stones that can help are the reality stone and power stone, and its not known to what degree he can affect dormammu with them
Dormammu is basically featless.
Dormammu is featless, Thanos one shots.
Yeah, it very much confuses me how frequently there are battles with MCU Dormammu, considering he has almost no feats to justify his implied power-levels. Almost every matchup ends up a stalemate because Dormy doesn't have the feats to take out high-tiers, but he also isn't a corporeal being, and we have no idea how he takes damage.
@firestormfate1919: Agreed. Viners who say MCU Dormammu wins in any scenario are clearly basing of their knowledge and evidence from the comic version, when it's clearly apparent MCU =/= Marvel Comics. I can tell you right now, anyone with no beforehand knowledge of Dormammu will conclude the movie version featless.
The way I see It, dormammu can't win because he is essentially featless.
On the other hand, we have Thanos who is in possession of a universal-scale weapon. We don't know how it could be used against dormammu for sure, but I'd say there's more of a chance of Thanos taking dormammu down than vice versa.
