In character Thanos will lose. He should just use the reality stone for an easy win but he will fight the team like did on Titan and get skewered.

Thanos. Since he has the gems already, there's no reason for him to hold back due to needing the gems given up willingly.

Are people ironically saying Superman can beat six stone Thanos lol. He has the time stone Superman isn't putting him down before he activates it and slows down time to the point where Superman is the slower one. From their he has the power stone to one shot Supes. You're acting as if Superman is gonna oneshot him lol. SB would severally wound Clark the same as Thanos. Plus those are piercing attacks. Clark has none.

Justice League would need to be close enough to reach Thanos before he can use the stones and have knowledge of what they are capable of. This isn't stated by the OP however so they probably lose both rounds.

If however the conditions were in their favour then they could potentially restrain Thanos and have Wonder Woman's sword cut off the Gauntlet especially since OP states they are fighting at their best which reads to me like we can assume they are fighting with perfect tactics and in unison.

Would Thanos be able to react to flash?

@producer-fodder: to use any stone he has to move his hand. Flash should be able to take the gauntlet off of him. Because let’s face it, Thanos has never went against a speedster(the same who can vaporize demons upon contact.) also what’s stopping the flash from grabbing the Lasso of truth & incapacitating him?

That is assuming Thanos has the powers activated before the fight even begins which I don't think is the OP's intent.

I stand by my previous statement. They need knowledge of what the Gauntlet is capable of and to be close enough to reach him before it's used. If these were the conditions they have a decent chance. If not they die.

The sword Diana used against Ares is not the same sword she uses in Batman Vs Superman & Justice League.

Steppenwolf's armour is practically the most durable material in the WoDC behind Superman's suit and has better durability feats than Thanos skin.

Thanos has never been hit by vibranium bladed weapons.

Nothing to say Winter Soldier's gun was firing anything other than regular bullets, they also don't hit his skin.

Caps Shield is not a blade as seen in the close up:

Diana's sword has the feats to cut through Thanos's skin and so does Arthur's trident.

Thanos no diffs with gauntlet, has a chance of losing without it if they can get enough hits in with the sword or trident

There is no prep for Thanos and Thanos can not react to most of the JL. Thanos will not be able to do anything you posted before he is killed. Thanos won't even move before the fight ends.

Speed equalized sure, but how does Thanos beat Superman, Wonder Woman, Flash, or any other DCEU character that grossly outspeeds Thanos

Thanos is not reacting to or lifting a finger against Flash, WW, or Superman. The speed gap is gigantic. Diana pre-godkiller/awakening is a bullet timer yes, but BvS Diana is way faster than that
