both have improved a lot in their recent solo movies, could go either way but leaning towards Ant-Man

This is the only one I can see changing in morals-off, due to Ronin’s explosive arrows

Rhodes just has too much firepower for Falcon to contend

IM was on-panelled by SW in MCU canon six years ago. WM caught her off guard when she held tower. And it was PIS, because that Wanda even didn't use telepathy to one-shot another team or probability field manipulation magic to explode IM or WM reactor or weapon in suit.
