What? T'Challa is faster (keep up with Cap and winter soldier), stronger (overpowed Cap once), more durable, as skilled or more skilled (was able to put a good fight against WS even without his armour) and has a faster combat Speed

Yeah, I'll def be the minority in saying this, but how the balls does T'Challa stomp? He had a 10sec encounter with Cap, and then went back and forth with Buck for like 30secs. That's not enough to say that he stomps.
Ollie has faced some OP people in Arrow, including Mirakuru injected opponents. His higher end feats are enough to at LEAST match up with Black Panther- enough to make it NOT a stomp, I mean.

Aside from deathstroke and I guess Roy (all though not sure how skilled Roy was in his berserker state) none of the mirakuru users had exceptional skill like T'challa. And Oliver often did struggle with mirakuru users. According to the Russo's T'challa in the MCU has trained himself to the highest level to fight. Honestly his finale fight with Damien Darhk would be a more comparable example but even than I would say T'challa is probably physically better than Darhk, not to mention Darhk was tossing Oliver around through out most of the fight. He only lost in the end due to Oliver's greater will power (I am assuming) but I don't see Oliver beating T'challa in a punching contest.
@rbt: Honestly I don't think there is anything that could have been done to make T'challa more skilled. Even if they made M'baku as strong as his comic counterpart and T'challa beat him it would have only elevated Cap. I think its clear there all meant to be basically equals. The only thing that is up for debate is if bucky is equal or less skilled or more skilled than the others because he has wins and losses against them.

Why? We didn't have a conclusive fight between T'Challa and Cap at all in CW. If they are meant to be equals, Russos did not do a good job of that showcasing in CW. But after BP, I agree. T'Challa and Cap are on similar level of skill, with BP being more skilled with weapons.
T'Challa wins this, sure, but this is closer than it was before BP.

The only way I would rank T'challa ahead of Steve is if Steve dies in infinity war and T'challa gets better feats. Because than we can say they were equals at infinity and T'challa improved past Steve.

Disagreed. I'm always against the idea of better feats automatically equaling an amp, unless there is a narrative or chronicled reason for it to have happened. If T'Challa gets better feats post-IW but has no reason to have increased in skill, we can scale Cap to the new feats.

No, they didn't. The highway battle was a lot closer than the rooftop fight between Bucky vs T'Challa. T'Challa wasn't tagged once until he was distracted by the helicopter shooting at him.

Cap has never shown aversion for killing. Buck ambushed him and his team, was believed to have killed Fury. There was no way Cap was holding back during their first fight. Kill or be killed, as was the situation there, Cap would have not hesitated to kill Buck(of course that's before he found out it was Buck under the mask.)

I'm going to be honest. As a huge fan of Arrow, within the first five minutes of the Black Panther movie, I was convinced he'd kick Oliver's ass. That jungle scene showed such a high-level of travel/jump speed, combat speed, strength, stealth, and brutality that Oliver just could not contend with. I'm almost certain that we've never seen combat speed that incredibly quick in a live action street-leveler from a Marvel or DC television or movie property.
