MCU Strike Team vs DCEU Batman

So I did this same thread but against Winter Soldier ...

Let´s see how well the DCEU Batman does...

VS

- Melee Only

- Team has electric batons, knives, billy clubs

- Batman has 5 batarangs

- Team is bloodlusted, they must kill or incap Batman

- Batman must kill or incap in order to win.

- They intercept him in a subway station

Melee only isn't doing the team any favors. Bucky uses DD as a club and beats everyone to death.

But here team wins extremely handily? Any reasons?

There's too many of them and they don't really have a weak link, their equipment is also more useful in a melee. Half as many members (DD, Ward, Widow) would still take a clear majority imo.

Team overwhelms

Agreeing, no weak link here, and three of them know how to work together really well (even if one is a turd). Although I'd pick my three MVPs would be BW, DD, and May though Ward and Bobbi are only a quarter step behind..

It'll be ugly, but it'll happen, Batfleck (see I got to say it too!) goes down eventually.

Physically Batman is more impressive than any of them and his in combat improvisation is very good.

It'll probably come down to him vs DD and BW, but I do not believe they could match him physically

Batman, most of the team will get taken out with one goodnhit, BW is really only strong against fodder.

@blackkaizer: May has taking down superhumans with just H2H and Bobbi has fought off a Kree soldier that that stalemated Lady Sif. Ward has fought and held against both May and Bobbi IIRC. Bruce had trouble with fodder in the warehouse he borderline gets wrecked here.

@blackkaizer: Also you say BW is only strong against fodder.. You do realize Bruce's best combat feats are only against fodder right?

Widow can one shot with her batons other than that team 9.5/10

@samjackson: PIS won't help them against batman, shove these characters into a similer sitiuration he was in against trained, armed, and competent combatives and watch them get overwhelmed and die.

Feats against pathetic aliens/robots taken out by handguns/arrows and can't aim worth a damn won't save them from getting one/two shot.

@blackkaizer: and yet batman got tagged every 20 seconds of his 8 minute fight.

If you really think about it

Nat fought an onslaught of more tge a 100 Ultron bots at once and didn't get tagged

May cleared a building of more than 20 trained and armed man and didn't get tagged

ward beat a unit of the USA elite forces and didn't get tagged

Bobbing beat May and Ward

Daredevil beat a dozen armed men in a corridor

I think they all solo

Team stomps

Bruce Speedblitzes them

Batfleck breaks all their necks.

That moment when I only recognize Batman, Black Widow and Daredevil...

Are the the top 3 team members SHIELD agents? I haven't seen one ep of Agents of SHIELD. Lol

@thanosii: wtf are you on. Black Widow isn't doing shit to Batman on herself, nor Daredevil, the AoS characters I have no knowledge of.

All of them put together should make this an easy win for team.

Though I will say, toward the end he had some pretty impressive evasion feats. It could possible he could evade and take them out 1 by 1, but I doubt he will do that. So, team 9/10.

Honestly, I see Batfleck taking this. If Batman can get rid of the lights, the team has no chance. Bats was able to take out an entire warehouse of thugs with no strugge at all. He's also able to ninja Superman. Considering this is only melee, Bats takes it with medium difficulty.

Team takes it DD and BW probably do the most damage they overwhelm him as they are all highly trained also DD can sense his attacks and all that he'd put up a good fight himself anyways I think. Also His suit got penetrated pretty easily by that knife so if these guys had knives it'd be even worse considering their skill.

@skorpist: If all the lights go the team definitely wins batman can't see in pitch black without night vision and the team have Daredevil who doesn't need lights as the guy is blind so that would just put him at a huge advantage.

@thorthunder98: Bats has night vision installed in his cowl. Why wouldn't he, and Bats was able to ninja Superman, who has much better senses than DD. Plus, Bats has MUCH better H2H skill, as seen in the movie.

Strike team overwhelms Batfleck.

Batfleck beats down a few members of the strike team before the rest KOs him.

Between superhuman speed and strength, and implausibly strong armor, I'd say Batman stands a strong chance.

Bruce is good, but he's not this good. May, Ward, Mockingbird, and Widow legitimate threats

Widow > Winter Soldier in their encounter in CA:WS though. She kept her emp magnet for the escape, but if she had used it offensively Bucky would have been screwed.

Widow is woefully underrated. Her tech and intelligence are what make her strong.

What are you talking about? Bucky clearly had the upperhand in the whole fight and Natasha knew she was out of her depth, which was why she beat a hasty retreat in the first place. While her electric magnet potentially could knock out or injure him if used correctly, what makes you think she will get a chance to do that before he kills her?

Bobbi is MVP, but all of them are so highly skilled that they'd overwhelm him in the end!

Batman wins.

I haven't seen the movie but have seen the trailers and even out of the super-suit he is faster and stronger than any of those five. The only one who has taken punishment close to what Batman can dish out is DD. I see the 4 of 5 going down hard and DD having to be essentially broken to be taken down.

37 seconds in and he beats 2 dozen people with his bare hands, his armor doesn't even get a scratch from a knife, he moves faster than any of those Marvel characters have ever moved and rams a man through the floor with one hand.

If you watch the fight, the only reason WS wins is because Black Widow has to get loud and scatter civilians... ending up in her getting shot.

THEN she still ambushes him/outsmarts him in broad daylight and ALMOST kills him with garroting wire. If she could use both arms with confidence she could have thrown her emp magnet while going for the neckslice and would have killed him pretty much immediately.

@boringperson: But then why didn't she? because Bucky never really gave her a chance to do any of those things,that's why.

WS almost lost after getting a free 5.76 into her.

@payneintheass: Against Clark Affleck while showing some great technical ability against Clark he also showed considerable arrogance that could easily have lead to him being Speed Blitz had Superman actually been trying to kill him. His far more impressive feat was taking out a warehouse full of Lex's goons and while his combat skill wasn't quite what I'd call faultless he did nonetheless overpower and beat every last one of them.

The team however unlike most Lex's goons have considerable more co-ordination but giving them melee weapons really isn't doing them many favours as Batman's armour in the movie was strong enough to take a bullet to the head and see him tear through what admittedly could've been a plastered wall. Ultimate point being while I do believe the Team together have greater ability I can't deny Batman's ability to dish out and take hits is on another level.

Batman takes 6/10 for me.

Bruce goes down.

Batman could take them individually. But all at once? I think they put him down after a long fight. This isn't some low level fodder he's dealing with, all 5 of them are extremely capable.
