I would say that the FOX team can bank on the advantages of Wolverine, X-23 and Lady Deathstrike, all it would take to kill most characters is a good slash or stab with a claw/finger nail. Characters like Beast, Sabretooth and Mystique would likely die at some point, but not without killing or severely weakening some characters like Cap, Bucky, and Iron Fist. The Wolverine characters on the other hand have regen that would negate any and all damage done to them, and their adamantium skeletons would make them near impossible to subdue. The only ones that it would take extreme difficulty for them to defeat would be Black Panther, Luke Cage and Kill Monger. Luke Cage has been shown to be vulnerable to sharp objects going through his eye socket, like the needle that was injected through optical nerve.
If adamantium can't cut his skin, then Lady Deathstrike could hypothetically try to stab him through the eye socket and puncture his brain, which isn't that much of a stretch given her skill. As for BP and KM, well, it wold be a pretty close match of them vs the Wolverines, with their vibranium and durability being a good match for the FOX teams regen, adamantium skeletons and claws. But at the end of the day, neither team has a definitive way to kill the other for the most part, and would most likely retreat to figure out how to subdue the other team. In which case, it comes down to which team could survive repeated attacks from each other, as well as the environment, and possibly some predators. In which case, it would more than likely go to the remainders of the FOX team.
TL; DR To make it really simple, Logan, X-23 and Lady Deathstrike win after more or less everyone else dies, no one can seriously hurt them for a long period of time and they have the greatest odds of surviving over time in the harsh environment. The best odds of either team would just to trap and restrain their opponents in some fashion, since anything goes. But since the battle is in character, the odds of that happening are slim.
