At best, hurt badly with multiple broken bones and KO'd. At worst, killed.

He’s never taken a hit anywhere near this level. that bullet train he got taken out by didn’t have a scratch on it while this punch made nam ek destroy a train car on impact.

That was a solid punch. I don't think Spider-Man has ever tanked a blunt force attack that powerful. Also it's a lot of kinetic energy concentrated in a spot the size of a fist.

Nah there were clearly 4. Watch again. With a single slam he busted through a lot of concrete and marble. It's not as good as Clark's punch, but it's something. I'm not arguing Peter can tank it. But I'm arguing he would not be in coma.

I have to agree with what some of the other people here are saying: he's dead from the punch alone. The idea that he tanks both that and going into the train is ridiculous.

He's stronger than Faora who sent Superman to the other side of the town and severely distorted a bank vault door in the end, which would splat Spider-Man for sure.
