Spider-Man clears comfortably all rounds. Pete's strength is often portrayed inconsistently across TV shows and movies, but MCU Pete is for sure can reach 25+ tons of strength when he needs to. He outclasses Luke in every way other than piercing durability, and Spidey would just overwhelm him.
Luke takes round one and two imo, petes webs ain't doing jack shit as Luke would most likely rip clean through them.
Even Danny's iron fist square to Luke's jaw did nothing more than look flashy by send him flying, other than that Luke hand like slight lock jaw at best, and spidey's not hitting harder than that so there's just almost no way to hurt him until he starts using his electric webbing and 100's of different webbing and combos in round 3 imo.
Spidey does outclass him in every other way though, and would only be able to be hit because this spider man still childish and not so in tune with his powers, however if Luke manages to get his hands or arms around him, he finished.
People overhype the fairy boat scene too much, Pete had previously scanned for all the weak points and best stabilizing supporters and had webbed them up but missed one so he replaced it with himself. On top of all of that, even with all that help to his advantage, that was his utmost limit and still couldn't accomplish anything and had to be saved by tony otherwise he wouldn't have been able to hold the pieces there together, for a fact, period.
It's not like the pieces were held in place either they were clearly pulling apart overwhelming him.
BUT unless I'm missing something that makes this spidey strong enough to do long lasting relevant damage to Luke...... I rest my case.
MCU!Spidey every single round.
Luke is, at his very best, a 3-4 tonner.
MCU!Spidey was portrayed as 5 times his strength even before Infinity War.
Let's not joke.
Spider-Man doesn't punch regular people in Homecoming for a reason. His strength is near-comic accurate.
A punch to the face from Spider-Man to Luke would be worse than a grenade and Peter is far faster than Luke.
Fight ends in brain damage/brain death for Luke.
Peter can win every round except for one, I mean the only thing he has going for him is his agility, strength, combat speed, and his durability but even then Luke is not that far off in that category. The dude lacks striking feats, and when they were displayed they were nothing special. So what is he going to do? Toss him around with his strength? Cage will easily tank that, and get right back up. Meanwhile, Cage is skilled in CQC, displays pretty good striking power though I'll admit it's going to take a lot of hits for Peter to even register them, more experienced with is powers and as a hero overall, etc. Since he can't KO him with his hits, I can see him eventually resorting to something like a chokehold to put Parker down for the count.
I'm assuming you're talking about the grenade. Hard to say. We've never seen Peter do anything like that and I don't know how impressive it is. Based off of everything else Peter is most certainly stronger and more durable to blunt force than Luke.
