MCU Spider-Man vs CW Superman

Since Spidey is generally accepted to be a high-tier character in the MCU and is above any DC character in live action history, can Spidey win in a fight against CW Supes?

Conditions:

• Spider-Man is Bloodlusted and going all out
• Standard gear and AI Karen for Spidey. He can summon the Iron Spider suit should he need it.
• Superman from the Superman and Lois TV show

If anyone is actually seriously considering arguing for Spidey, I'd like to point out that literally every live-action Spider-Man feat has been done by CW Superman with no effort whatsoever.

CW Superman is a jobber, but even so, it's a stomps.

I shall defeat CW Superman without needing to present a single feat for Spidey. CW has e'er been grounded in inferiority, ground underneath my crushing boot! The only real CW fans are RBT and Mama7, and it shows!

A singularity powerful enough to destroy CW Earth has an energy level of 6.7 TeV, now I shall challenge the CW fandom with only a conversion equation, for such is my power!
