Hasn’t this been made like 3 times now?
Tf going on?
This is the only time it's been made with out the OP horrendously nerfing Spiderman.
IW Spiderman is gonna clap some cheeks in this scenario.
@akz: Honestly, I didn't saw the other topics
Shouldn't Shang Chi win this, he's sooo massively more skilled and the rings+protection magic give him much versatility an compensation against Peter's greater physical strength an agility.
Even without the rings he's impressively superhuman.

They were garbage, the OP just nerfed Spiderman like crazy while making Shang-Chi his strongest.
Iron Spider suit makes this a stomp since Spidey durability gets raised to the roof.
Spidey tanked hits from Thanos with out dying or bleeding
Shang Shi doesn't have Thanos level of strength.
@aggrape: Shang Chi wins. However, if Peter has the Iron Spider suit, Peter may have the edge due to the extra durability given by the Iron suit. No stomps either way tho. Shang Chi's 10 rings have vastly more damage output potential than Spidey has ever shown
@kinglouie: did he just shrug it off? I thought he was knocked out or at least stunned by Thanos which is why he didn't immediately jump back into the fight. The rings with multiple well placed hits should be able to do something similar. Thanos didn't punch Spider-Man, and even if he did, Steve Rogers took a hit and woke up minutes later. Thanos was both holding back and weakened by the stones for much of Infinity War. Only Thor, Dr. Strange, and Iron Man made him try significantly more (Thanos was holding back with the stones against Iron Man but was trying in h2h). Peter would've died if Thanos fought him like the three just mentioned.
You can make an MCU Spider-Man matchup for a wide range of characters depending on which iteration you use. If we're using the most current Peter (i.e mastered Spidey-Sense and avoiding corridors of gunfire) he wipes the floor with the same people that would have beaten him in Homecoming, Shang Chi included.
Spidey stomps.Even w/ rings and w/out Iron Spider
People need to realize homecoming Spidey was a massive nerf and stuff like IW and FFH is his most recent iteration.

Doesn't matter.W/ webs, his speed and Spider-sense(he doesn't need to turn it on, he was just calming down and listening to it w/ more focus because of the narrow hallway w/ multiple illusion and lethal firepower stark tech drones).
And Spider-man needs to get one hit in, just one.

Skill plays a role in h2h w/ an opponent within your speed range. He can't use Martial arts against someone who is much much faster than him.
What durability feats does he have, Spidey can one shot him from what I've seen.
@r4zersh4rp: Are you implying that Shang has ever produced a nuclear bomb level strike.
@spideerfan002: He lost to Star lord in Infinity War.

Via guns, and he was wearing a new suit he hadn't used before in an environment and situation that had him freaked tf out.And he was dodging him just fine for a while.
Moreover he's gotten better since, specially w/ Spider-sense.
@spideerfan002: Shang-Chi clearly has superhuman durability from both the Rings and dragonscale armor. Wenwu was shaking a mountain with his punches, and Shang was able to tank his hits. Wenwu also jumped like thousands+ feet into the air and casually landed. You can't do that without superhuman bone density/durability. So Spidey would need more than a couple hits. Shang also has wayyyy more firepower than the Stark drones, as shown when he exploded the giant soul eating monster. The fight could go either way but I'm backing Shang

1.Unexplained feats tbh.And Spidey casually stopped culls' blow and Cull was owning Tony and Giving Hulkbuster a great fight.
2.That was w/ a long draw period, Shang would be ko'ed by then. And did you see the size of that thing, I don't think it would work on Peter in the first place.
It's a fight, not a stomp but I'm still backing Peter.
@spideerfan002: How will Spidey get past Shang Chi's far superior skill, air-bending and protection magic? Also, shaking a mountain isn't an unexplained feat, the rings are just that powerful.
IMO these two are a close match. Shang has massively superior fighting skill while Spidey has precog to cover himself. They both have useful gear, Spidey has better all around physicals but Shang has better direct striking power.

Skill doesn't matter much when going against someone who doesn't fight like a human being.Peter's also faster(enough to dodge bullets after they were fired at very close proximity, starktech at that.I'm not talking hallway fight. The one before the train, we have GIF's of him dodging bullets ) and has pre-cog.
And Shang's not really hitting him
Not to mention webs, Shang's not strong enough to break webs

Agreed but Spidey's advantages matter more
1)Skill doesn't matter much against someone who fights like Spider-man.He also has much better speed and pre-cog.
2)I'll say Spidey's gear is better.Rings work great on bigger targets and slower ones, Spidey is neither. And webs can incap him while also giving Spider-man more manuverability(hallway fight was w/out webs) and Shang's not breaking his webs.
3)Agreed, but Shang's not hitting him, specially not w/ one of the special attacks. And Spider-man can one shot Shang.
@spideerfan002: 1. Shaking a mountain with the force of your punches is self explanatory, not unexplained. Cull and the Black Order were all just punching bags in every single one of their appearances. Did you know Corvus Glaive was beaten by Okoye within 2 seconds in Endgame. In any case, the Hulkbuster was piloted by Banner, who couldn't even walk with the Hulkbuster properly like 10 minutes before he fought Cull. Iron Man is one of the most inconsistent heroes in the MCU power level wise. Spidey casually stopping Cull are still decent feats, but overhyped considering how Cull is kinda meh if you really think about it.
2. My point was that Shang is capable of insane damage output, not that he would replicate the same thing to Peter.
3. Wenwu was a bullet timer with the Rings, and Shang scales to him. Spidey definitely has better agility and speed but Shang can still tag him.
I'm still backing Shang Chi winning, but I respect your opinion
Shang Chi. He long distance blasted a mountain wall with one shot, blew up a giant soul sucking demon, wears dragon tooth armor, and can summon the dragon.
He also immediately got recruited by Wong, who introduced him to Captain Marvel and Hulk to basically draft him into the Avengers. There is no greater sign of official in canon respect for his power.
