MCU Scarlet Witch vs Dream of Endless (The Sandman)

From what I've heard of Dream in the show, this is a complete mismatch

Dream was universal+ even before having his helmet and dreamstone, he didn't even used his sand.

In his battle with Lucifer, he made a final move that defeated the Anti-Life that is above universal. He chooses 'Hope', presumably the Platonic concept. Hope > Anti-Life (universal+) > Universe

Morpheus wasn't even close to his true power and he's already well above universal.

Morpheus being able to manifest things with words and thoughts is combat applicable. In their battle, they've become what they choose to beat/counter the opponent.

Morpheus defeated Lucifer in his far weaker condition (before having his helmet and dreamstone, and not even using his sand). He pulled a move that is above what is above universal. He even intimidated Lucifer in her own realm after he got his helmet.

Dream wins.
