She can react to Faora from that distance (although she wouldn't need to, Faora and every other speedster isn't mid blitz as soon as a battle starts) and has more than enough power to contain her.

Given that Wanda was able to temporarily resist Thanos with 5 Infinity Stones while only using one arm and crush the Mind Stone with the other, I'd say she has more than enough power to snap Faora's neck.

That is, unless you think that Faora>Thanos w/ 5 Infinity Stones.
