So do you think Shang with ten rings + the dragon is >> canon Vader? I'm pretty sure that Vader has a lot of battle experiences and fought against worse opponents. Like, he would use TP or slice DD's body with his lightsaber. Even though I think it's pretty inconsistent to canon Vader's other feats, Vader defeated the Ender who seems to be much more formidable.

Remove the speed restriction and he wins. With his speed restricted, Wanda simply removes warps his helmet and respirator or any number of stupid things she's able to do. She'll need to do it quick though because Vader's force powers are instant and he regularly leads with neck snaps instead of talking or time wasting
