Wanda's stamina, and combat speed would be the deciding factors.

EDIT: Everyone acts like Earth is some great handicap for Hela lol. She was barely there and the only thing we saw her do...was destroy Mjolnir.

On earth, Wanda may stand a chance.

My money's on Wanda. Hela's arrogant and will usually try to talk before she kills, knowing she can tank pretty much anything. But Wanda destroyed an infinity stone. That's some next-level hax. Even in the comics where everyone is 10-50X more powerful, I've only seen them destroyed once. And it took a 400 year war between all the celestials and God Doom to do it! So if anyone can put Hela down, it'd be Wanda.

We also don't really know how Hela would fare against the mind games Wanda can do, but I think it's likely they'd work on her.

Wanda gets a sword to the gut before she can get her powers up.

Hela can probably power through eventually.

Hela wouldn’t be totally useless even if she gets caught by Scarlet Witch, so she can still win.

That said, I don’t see her overpowering Wanda, as much as outsmarting/outskilling/ overall outperforming her.

The problem is Wanda isn't good in protecting her own body from projectiles

Even if Wanda grasp hela in the air hell would laugh it off and Spam spikes to Impale Wanda. Wanda is able to slowly crush folks but slowly Hela and her spikes are far faster. Ha outclasses her in every detail Including TK

Wanda won't be able to defend against all the projectiles Hela would throw at her. She's a glass cannon through and through.

Are we all going to forget that Hela crushed Mjolnir on earth and was still easily out of Thors league

SW would be bloodlusted after witnessing her bother die, so IMO she could pull off a win here . We have seen what she can do to Ultron and Thanos.

I don't think Hela is any stronger than Thanos is, so she'd likely get overpowered.

If Hela doesn’t kill Wanda immediately then Wanda crushes her

She has enough range hax to keep Wanda on the Blackfoot and I don’t see what Wanda can do to kill Hela even her top end feat against Thanos doesn’t give us enough other than damaging the armor he wore.

Hela is almost as durable but has top end regen.

Hela curbstomps. She doesn't need her hands to raise spikes out of the ground and Wanda will be dead before a tk even happens. Even if she gets tk'd I dont think it will do much with her durability and regeneration.

Hela stomps. She will stab Wanda before Wanda even knows it.

Wanda is slow with below average reaction time and she's physically extremely vulnerable, even a bullet would kill her. Heck, War Machine was able to depower Wanda using a mini sonic canon

Even if Wanda gets her into the position that Thanos was in, Hela is still strong enough to conjure a blade to kill Wanda.

Backing Hela. Shattering Mjolnir like glass is enough power to overcome Wanda's own force.

Thanos > Hela. Wanda should win.
