Round 2 :
Round 1: Unless Daisy gets some absolutely crazy feats in season 5 (still not out in the UK), beyond her fighting those two Kree that I've seen, T'Challa should win probably with high difficulty though.
Round 2: Probably Daisy if they start far apart, otherwise BP can get in close with his kinetic energy absorption and then skill her easily enough once close enough.
Daisy. Depowered T'Challa isn't comparable to high-level S.H.I.E.L.D. agents, or high level h2h live-action specialists in general. Johnson smacks him.
Quake should take this, she's like the perfect counter to Panther's arsenal. He he wants to release a kinetic wave, she can absorb the vibrational energy and then redirect it back, or she can tune to just the right frequency to disintegrate his suit, or she can just affect him from inside the suit outright. I only see T'Challa winning if he manages to close the gap right off the bat and it beocmes a melee battle.
Daisy definitely wins R1. T'Challa beating M'Baku was impressive, but that feat alone just doesn't put him on the same level as accomplished live action H2H specialists.
R2 is more difficult, but I think that she wins this too if she goes all-out. Though if starting distance is low, T'Challa takes it.

@the_magister: I think Daisy's espionage training would help counter T'Challa even in the scenario tou brought up for R2.
One of the good things about her is that she's just like Scarlet Witch. She's absurdly powerful with her powers but she's also trained by the best spies and martial artists on the planet to make up for her lack of superhuman stats.

Has Daisy done that before?
@rbt: Yes. In 4x08, she was absorbing the seismic activity caused by Eli's trans-dimensional tampering. They were causing city-wide earthquakes in L.A. Daisy was continuously absorbing them and softening their potency until Eli's defeat and then released it.
Didn't she had specially designed gauntlets from Jemma? Otherwise, fair.
