Rip with his new gear can solo-stomp. He's got Time Grenades that freeze time around him on a dime, he can freeze individuals in time, and his Doors allow him to seemlessly teleport throughout time and space. That's incredibly hax, and gives him a pretty high-level of time manipulation without something as clunky as a Time Ship. He can just toss a Time Grenade and gun everyone down with his laser revolver, drop them into space using a Door, or travel back in time and murder them.
If we assume Rip has his Time Captain gear instead, like at the time this was made, this becomes very close, but I'd still edge it to Team DCCW on account of the starting distance. Daisy has the most raw power of anyone out there, but over 100 feet Ollie, Snart, and Rip can all very easily one-shot. Then it's just a matter of draw speed and reaction time, categories where Ollie and Snart take the advantage. Either of them incap Daisy, instantly tilting the fight back in their favor. From there Snart can one-shot Cage, who as a tank is useless against someone like Snart. Then Oliver and Rip take down Daredevil, who Oliver could solo without a whole lot of trouble. Team MCU takes some wins if Quake reacts first and gets some quakes off.
