Proxima's can actually win with the spear. She's not limited to blunt damage in melee. Killian should win if he gets close enough due to heat powers. Extremis soldiers can be knocked down by the likes of Rhodes and have their noses broken by the likes of happy so Proxima not oneshotting a peak human doesn't make her automatically less impressive. Killian would likely lose faster to Wanda with only his Regen keeping him in the game.
Proxima can win with spear, as Killian has no shields (like cap) and Killian's counter is also sharp edges, Knife cut through him like a hot knife through butter. Killian's piercing durability is actually arguably less than even average humans its just his healing factor that is 100x better. Furthermore, Proxima's spear is supposed to be like a really strong weapon and is able to shoot blast from long range. So with spear Proxima, without Killian.
I think killian wins. Proximas damage output is too low, while killians damage soak it pretty great. on the other hand, killian has abilities that should hurt proxima
@killers10333: his damage soak is good against blunt, explosive, and heat. But slicing and stabbing could do the trick. The spear is what gives Proxima a good chance.
@killers10333: He has top get very close to deliver his strongest attacks and Proxima is quite quick and agile. Killian would also get tagged if attacked by three people at once Like Proxima was. I don't see why Proxima can't avoid his attacks if a Stark in a prototype Iron Man suit can avoid some. He wasn't very impressive skillwise. But the key here is the spear. He risks getting stabbed every time he gets close and the spear can return to her. He got tagged easily by casual punches from an unimpressive suit after all. A spear attack from Proxima is likely to land. A headshot may be fatal.
