Moonbuster rocket

Rocket Raccoon wins both rounds.

Round 1 Tony. Just because Tony has more toys in general.

Round 2 Rocket. He knows Eitri, who is hands down the best weapons maker in MCU.

Tony wins round one but loses round two.

Rocket moon-busts

Ehh, honestly going with Tony both rounds.

Why on Round 2? Rocket made a gun that can blow up moons, with only spare parts on Quill's ship.

Impressive destructive output, but I think Tony's gears are more versatile overall.

OT: Round 2, Rocket Racoon. Tony will be armoured better, but Rocket can one shot him, as he made a Moon Busting Gun called the Hadron Enforcer with spare parts on Quill's ship.

Fair point, but there's a good chance he'll get one shotted.

Rocket is overrated, Tony in both.

So, he still made it out of scrap parts. Guns are made from metal that miners had to obtain does that make the user rubbish? Meh example but you should be able to get what I mean.

Rocket takes both, an hour or a day, either is plenty for him. He can literally assemble devices into weapons of mass destructions in seconds/minutes. A lot of the times during high duress and perilous situations. He’s level headed, implied to be smarter than Tony already, and has access to far better and more advanced tech to do damage with.

Rocket is better at prepping but can he make anything that can get past bleeding edge?

Well one has a moon buster gun apparently.

I think Rocket has shown actual good capabilities with prep time in terms of combat. I don't recall Tony doing anything on Rocket's level with prep time.

Also Rocket's iq is not to be underestimated here. He is shown to be smarter than the High Evolutionary as a baby

I dunno. Again, Bleeding Edge blocked the Power Stone. Basically, if this was a real fight and Rocket won, I wouldn't be surprised. But I also wouldn't be surprised if Bleeding Edge could survive it and Iron Man won.

Tony effortlessly discovered time travel in like 3 minutes… I think he can win round 2.

The argument that Rocket made a moon level missile hangs entirely on Rocket's unproven claim that it was moon level.

Outside of that, Rocket has done very little with prep that Tony doesn't easily outperform.
