The Outrider takes 1-3. IDK about Oliver. Outrider should stop at Red Skull though.

I would say intent wise an Outrider is > a couple of Dogs so I'm not sure how that goes. The outriders were also intended to overwhelm Wakanda before Thor showed up

@kevd4wg: All versions of Batman are intended to be perfect unbeatable Mary Sues though. Not to mention that CW Arrow is intended to be a discount Batman, and the most recent LA Batman before it came out was Nolan Batman, so Nolan Batman is intended to be above CW Arrow.
