The Asgardian because, the standard Asgardian (non-God/Goddess), especially soldiers in the Asgardian Army, have a particular level of power, consisting of super-strength, enhanced speed, reflexes and agility... as shown in Thor: The Dark World. Three to four Asgardian (iirc) were able to take down a Kurse-Dark Elf. And we all know how powerful a Kurse is. Beating Batroc is an easy day.

After of What if?, Batroc wins.

Batroc never had a chance to beat MCU Cap, he could just play with him like dodging his attacks if he didn't get one-shotted. His punches and kicks won't hurt Cap. Stop treating him like he is Super Soldier level.

Regular humans have no chance to beat Super Soldiers / Asgardians without gear period

It's funny how WI Batroc probably stomps a WI Asgardian since he can go toe to toe with Captain Carter.
