Beast can lift and throw cars around 40 to 50 meters. He is durable enough to take attacks that'd split cars in half.

He can throw a human up a 10 story building and jump up there.

Beast is much stronger, decently faster, and about equal in durability. Nebula has skill going for her, but Beast's agility would make it tough for her. He could easily just rag doll her around tear her to shreds.
