MCU Mysterio vs CW Flash

Round 1

• Both are morals on and in character.
• Beck has 30 minutes of prep with basic knowledge of Flash's powers and 40 drones.
• Flash has no knowledge with season 1-2 feats and jobbing.
• Win via incapacitation, K.O., or death (beck will kill if necessary).
• Barry starts off in the same position that Peter was in the construction site.

Round 2

• Mysterio is blood lusted and Flash is in character.
• Beck has full knowledge of Barry's history with 24 hours of prep time and 60 drones.
• Flash has no knowledge and season 1-3 feats, but no jobbing.
• Win via incapacitation, K.O., or death.
• The battle takes place in an empty Star Labs with Barry entering the building at normal speed.

Mysterio is trash and loses both rounds

He's actually a very high level threat to anyone who can be taken out by bullets and lacks counters to holograms. But, here, I'd say jobbing determines a lot.

You basically gave Mysterio everything he needs to win both rounds so the outcome is obvious

Mysterio can easily manipulate's Barry's mile long list of insecurities and knock him out while he's distracted.

Mysterio stomps

Flash obviously has the speed, but giving Beck full knowledge of Barry's past gives him tons of emotional and mental advantages over Barry. He can distract him quite easily considering about a dozen drones were able to create a giant hologram of SHIELD's headquarters and fill it with highly realistic people. Beck can just ambush Barry by getting him in a enclosed space and then blasting him with sonics until he drops.

Round 2 might go Barry's way considering he's starting off at normal speed and Beck is in a enclosed space with a ton of drones, which he can still do a lot and just simulate Star labs by filling it with people and acting like everything is normal. Barry will get thrown off by that and considering Beck is bloodlusted he'll try and kill Barry by hammering him with gunfire, which might backfire in close range and with about 60 drones doing it. It's harder for Beck then to kill the guy without being shot himself.

TOAA wins.

@professorrespect: That shit won’t work on Barry anymore. He’s spent all these seasons getting over the trauma of his past. If a villain tries to use that against him now he’ll just be like “really dude?” and then speedblitz.

This is all assuming he has a basic idea of what Mysterio does.

@the_hajduk: Well, I'd like to say he's mentally there but based on that recent episode......yeah, no. I'd argue he's worse off than he has been in other seasons.

I haven't seen it but was it because of Crisis? Because it seems to me (based on the other episodes) like Barry has kind of accepted he is going to die.

@jashro44: It was based on a lot of stuff. Not going to spoil it, but Barry's mental state, while looking stable on the surface, really took a beating this episode. Bloodwork did a number on him.
