Battle starts 20ft apart in Sakaar arena.

Round 1 : Ronan can’t surface swipe and Malekith can’t engulf the realm.

Round 2 - All bets are off.

Who wins?

I actually forget what feats Malekith has.

If we take the statement about the Hadron Enforcer being moon level seriously Ronan wins. If we just go by more clear cut feat I'd back Malekith.

Malekith is pretty damn underrated. He took some of the hardest Mjolnir hits ever and shrugged them off like nothing.

Yeah, he completely halted an overhead blow from a lightning amped Mjolnir dead in its tracks with just his hands.

Malekith both rounds. Ronan also never used the stone well, Malekith also has all the physical advantages. Fighting Thor is better than anything I remember from Ronan

Ronan has some pretty good durability feats. The Hadron Enforcer, Rocket’s ship crashing into him, and his own ship crashing into Xandar. He tanked it all.

What if Ronan unleashed the Power Stone?

If they have the stones then the characters don't matter. It's all about the space vs the power stone and IMHO the space stone counters the power stone, thus Malekith wins.

Malekith has slightly better feats via scaling from Thor

I think Ronan would win though. They didn’t say the hadron enforcer could bust moons for no reason.

@rajjar: We never saw him do it well enough to cause enough damage to kill Malekith who was going toe to toe with Thor.

However it'll cause considerable damage.

Im pretty sure @cyberpunkcop showed us another statement ages ago backing that it was moon level. Ronan w power stone just is that powerful and really doesnt have any anti feats either. Combine that with his planet level power, Malekith gets wrecked.

Oh yeah, because he did tank Thor's lightnings post-Aether. But at the end, his anti-feats with that teleportation device when he actually summons the Aether don't help him much here. Independently, Ronan's casual blast is leagues above what Malekith has tanked.

Malekith, because he has the better infinity stone. I daresay that without the stones, Loki probably could have taken Malekith. But Aether has the ability to transform 9 planets into dark matter and gave Malekith impressive durability.

True, but that's only during Convergence time, since Malekith doesn't have Space Stone.

Without Stone Malekith should be considerably more powerful. With the stones it basically turns into stone vs stone
