MCU Luke Cage vs MCU Cap

Been away for awhile but recently saw Luke Cage season 2 and was interested how he'd fare now against cap. He's lost before with season 1 and Defenders feats but current Luke Cage is able to contain the explosion of a grenade in his hands, kick a car hard enough to spin it, and is now immune to Judas bullets!

There is a lot more feats but just from that, how would he fair against Cap?

Round 1 - No weapons/shields

Round 2- if cap loses, He gets a shield

He wins H2H but loses if Steve gets his shield.

@dirtytree333: would like be able to grab the shield and disarm cap?

Would cap's shield be able to hurt Luke bad? I mean this is a guy who casually ranks bullets, rockets, getting kicked through metal barricades straight through a fence then off a bridge after a battle and while paralyzed. He's literally shown some awesome feats and sure cap was able to get through Tony's armor but so was an arrow and tony was also damaged already from multiple hits
