Super soldiers are extremely durable with high pain tolerance. Winter Soldier tanked two punches from a bloodlusted Iron Man like nothing:

Meanwhile War Machine took out a non-super soldier while holding back since he just wanted to knock him out:

Pretty sure he'll be struggling with either one of them so there's no way he can survive this.

A shotgun blast to head almost killed luke. Mentally anguished Iron fist was enough to rock him. I know some say he got more durable after the upgrade.. but even still - cap without doubt, IMO, should be able to put hurt on him.

Either can take him single-handedly. If Iron Fist’s punch could sail him, so should either of the super soldiers. Plus both soldiers are vastly more skilled - Luke Cage has no H2H advantage whatsoever. A fight between either of them probably wouldn’t last ten seconds.

Cap solos

Cage probably has an edge against either individually, but he's not beating both of them. They've got great team work and should be able to find some way to subdue him.

Even Stark, who is not someone with much to write home about in H2H was able to land blow through Cap and Buckys teamwork. Difference being when Cage lands those punches Cap and Buck will go flying as opposed to the Mark 46 which can't even dent the ground.

Cap and bucky for the win. Would a nice fight.

The duo would bully him. It would be over quick, if both of them are wailing on him. Cage would never recover fast enough to throw anything back. It would be like the iron man sequence, but Cage would not manage to get out of the Tag-team combo. 1 vs 1 should be fair and even then, I don’t see Cage taking a majority. Maybe against Cap, if he has no shield.
