This is literally a stomp. Walker oneshots. Superior skill, strength, speed, etc. Bullseye literally has no chance.

I'll say Bullseye. We saw Batroc deflect the shield throw with a chair so Dex can do that.

By statment Dex is as fast as the Black Sky who can block bullet fire. Also Bullseye blocked a bullet.

Strength, Dex is stronger than this Daredevil, he cut people with blunt force weopons and throwing things requires strength.
