I was going to say Jarvis wins, but then I know someone is gonna reply to me with some insane Gideon feat, because CW is inconsistent asf. So I'm just gonna skip on this thread.

Jarvis is only a human tech, without Tony directing him there's not much he can do by himself but operate battle suits. His best feat when it comes to autonomic actions is switching nuclear codes around the world based on it's hidden protocol in Age of Ultron. But that's still something he's been coded for in the first place. Things he doesn't have already coded in his protocol, he simply can't do, or at least we did not see him perform in this manner. Also, an alien new-born tech like Ultron was able to shut him down in a matter of seconds, so he is obviously not very good at combating AI-based autonomic technology unknown to him, exactly like Jor El. We've seen Jor El being capable of autonomic actions on regular basis, and he is an actual AI, not just a protocol based intelligence. He is also a design of kryptonians, who are obviously a much superior race to humans, even geniuses like Tony, when it comes to their technology.

@thoromdil: what feats do jor el have aside from ''hes from a superior race than humans'' because by that logic, chitauri soldiers are more advanced than humanity but their armor is worse than iron mans..

Doesn't Gideon basically have access to anything?

If you want to scale comparatively, you'd assume that despite Gideon allegedly being created by Barry at some unknown point in the timeline, that Gideon was still the most used (or perhaps only) AI from the years 2151 and 2166. Which should lend itself to speculatively being more powerful than both other combatants (whom are centuries old at that point).

But its all speculation tbh. All 3 of them aren't that impressive feat wise.
