I'd definitely back Peter. He very clearly in my mind has superior reaction speed feats, overall reflexes and agility. He definitely has the edge in terms of strength and durability (especially considering the Iron Spider suit likely amps his durability.) Pyslocke in AoA had a lot of trouble with Beast, and I think overall Pete just has better feats.
Provided he fights competently (like in CW and IW), and not incompetently (Homecoming), he should give her the same treatment he gave Cap's sidekicks.
@thevivas: He's not really faster (and by that, I mean reaction time and such) but he seems to be way more agile, which should mean that Psylocke will have trouble tagging him just by him swinging around randomly, not by him, say, dodging her attacks through reacting afterwards.
I do think she can tag him in a prolonged battle, but under these circumstances she can't. At least not before he evades her whip long enough to web her down.
Peter wins even if he's fairly inexperienced still. There's nothing Beast brings to the table that is clearly better than what Spider-Man can do. Plus Peter has webs and extra arms.
