Realisitcally, Iron Man should win. I know he lost in Civil War, but there's no denying that was a whole lot of PIS.

Tony destroys, major contributing factor was he was carrying major kid gloves on cap up until the end. If he wanted to kill cap as much as he wanted to kill Bucky from the start it would have been a lot shorter

Iron Man lost in Civil War only because of the specific conditions they fought in that disfavored Tony heavily. No PIS, nothing to do with his suit.

And when I said "nothing to do with his suit", I didn't mean his suit isn't weaker. I meant that it could have been any other suit (except those like Igor or Hulkbuster) and the result would have been the same.

They only beat him, because they were in a tight space where Iron Man couldn't fly and there was barely any space. Also it's Morals Off, so he would just kill them without a second thought.
