Rogers busted through 616 Tonys Extremis Armor with his shield, MCU Iron Mans suit are not even remotely as durable as it is.

Yes it was, doesn't change that Extremis is more durable than all of MCU Iron Mans armors combined.

Cap if Tony has no flight. Shield can pretty much tank anything the IM suit can throw at him and Cap can throw trees if I recall right.

Because Cap has no feats that suggest it's consistent for him?

The regularly throws his shield threw vehicles like tanks, cars, etc. Literally straight threw.

Seeing as flight is disabled, AND the fight is taking place in a small, enclosed space, Cap should be able to win here.

I didn't see the flight restriction. Rogers probably takes it.

Since Hulkbuster, Bleeding Edge and Flight are not allowed, I'm not sure what stops Rogers from turning this into CQC. He is way better fighter than anyone in MCU and is extremely good tactician, with more than enough speed and agility to react to all of Tony's attacks and protect himself with his shield.

The distance isn't that large, and he can throw his shield at Tony to distract him by staggering him in case it becomes difficult to get close (for whatever reason, since 20 feet isn't that far apart). Once this becomes CQC, bloodlusted rule will allow Rogers to use sharp edge of his shield and tear armor apart.

He already did this to Crimson Dynamo and Extremis Armor Iron Man, who even while being shut down still dwarfs it's MCU counterpart durability wise. Once he tears the Armor apart, it will be game over for Tony, since he doesn't have Bleeding Edge's repairment ability.

Besides, MCU Cap already both torn the helmet of MCU Iron man apart and shut the Armor down by destroying the Arc Reactor with sharp edge of his shield. No reason why a version of Cap with way better striking power, with way stronger/more durable/sharper shield, can't do the same. Don't see him winning with flight and IW feats tho.
