MCU: Ikaris vs. Hela

Hela, very easily. Ikaris is not on that level, closer to iron man than thor.

Same way I felt until the end of the movie. His battle against the other Eternals put a lil further away from Iron Man.

Hela probably wins but it’d be a hard fight. Ikaris is a little above CM level but it’s still not enough to beat Hela.

This is more of a fight than people think. Hela's durability is MVP here followed closely by Ikaris' massive FTL speed.

Funny, in one thread Ikaris can statue DCEU Kal-El but in this one Hela easily kills him.

Yeah he’s funny like that😭. It’s mainly due to this being his first film and him having trash low ends but straight up OP borderline Peak MCU high ends.

I have him around CM level but it’s funny to see the fluctuation. It’ll be more stagnant when he’s resurrected by Arishem and has fights with other MCU high tiers in future films/shows.

Hela with some difficulty because of ikaris versatility but gets one-shotted when he gets tagged eventually.

Hela will have difficulty tagging him but she's probably too strong and durable for him. She eventually wins.

Hela's too much, she can't be put down by what Ikaris can dish out, and her blades can easily pierce him.

Ikaris really doesn’t have a way to win outside of BFR, maybe. His offensive capabilities are lacking and his defensive capabilities are severely lacking outside of heat resistance. His raw strength and striking seem to be around IW Iron Man level outside of the “cloud“ feat and I don’t really know what to make of that.

His cloud bullrush feat was calculated to be island level. His HV melted the Domo in half, a ship that flew next the sun for large periods of time. He reacted to and tagged Makkari who could run around the planet in 3 seconds. He also flew to the sun in 10 seconds making him FTL+ in flight speed.

He’s around CM level due to his superior combat speed, HV, and AP.

But he didn’t. He had to attack the ship from the bottom and then the top and even then the ship didn’t break in half. After it crashes you see it’s still whole. Then you have characters like Thor and Carol who just straight fly right through ships.

He sliced it in half and destroyed the armor of it. He could fly through ships as well and his HV was hot enough to do such damage. The ship withstands the sun’s heat and he easily destroys it...with HV.

This gets brought up so much like Makkari wasn’t blitzing him before and after this with no problem. He grabbed her that one time and never touched her again the rest of the fight.

When he was serious he easily reacted to her. Nothing you say can change this fact.

Not sure how that’s applicable here unless he’s running away or attempted to BFR. He’s certainly not FTL+ in combat or reactions given what was shown in the movie.

Combat speed is still above any high-tier in the MCU tho…

Hela crushed Mjolnir. That's gotta be her advantage here. Plus polearm spam is a very powerful tool as well.
