Wow, where do I even start with this one?

Let's break it down piece by piece.

1. Surtur literally destroyed an entire country level civilization with his fire power. Effortlessly broke down buildings and shot flames are were melting entire structures of a place with materials more dense than what's found on Earth. Surtur would literally incinerate Doomsday.
2. Hela's "mere" spikes were able to effortlessly disfigure and severely damage high tiers like Thor. He large spikes could destroy the Grandmaster's ship that was strong enough to survive traveling through the Devil's Anus, a black hole most regular ships would be easily crushed by. xD You're saying the blades have no feats?
3. The M16 blade wasn't made of metal. It was a Terrakinetically constructed by Hela from the ground. Skurge's gun destroyed dirt...

Doomsday gets kinda sorta murderstomped by Surtur. Low balling Hela and ignoring her high end feats doesn't change that.
