Thanos obviously has superior H2H skills with strength greater than The Hulk. Thanos rocks her. Wouldn't be surprised if Hela destroying Thors hammer had more to do with some kind of magic than pure strength. She won't be blocking that right hook at all. Maybe she can do that little spin-a-rooni move and he'll miss though.

Thanos four shotted the Hulk and thre Thor away to the centre of the ship as if he was a fly. If there are no weapons allowed, Thanos should win mid-high difficulty.

I think the enchantment on the hammer weakened heavily as Odin died. It took a lot longer than it should have for Mjolnir to come to its master in the Surtur fight.

Hela wins. She's tough to put down in Asgard and has a powerful healing factor, she's more skilled, more agile, and has faster reaction speed. Thanos is stronger though. Hela had a good strength feat by easily overpowering Thor, but Thanos is stronger based on easily overpowering Hulk and KO'ing him with punches. Thanos was also able to shrug off Hulk's punches so he's not going down easily.

It’s not a stomp, but I don’t see what thanos can do to her that she can’t regen from. He has a chance of KOing her potentially.

Edit* h2h only??? I dont see hela putting thanos down with just her fists, she doesn’t have any striking feats to say she can, and we haven’t seen her take prolonged blunt force trauma.

I'm not seeing how Help stomps in h2h tbh. It should be a tough fight either way since Thanos can casually break Vision's forehead with his fingers and tank a lot of powerful attacks from various heroes. Hela's Regen is an issue for a drawn out fight though.

@rebake: Hela casually caught Mjolnir with one hand and crushed it with her bare fingertips. Thanos crushing Vision's forehead, that wasn't pure vibranium, isn't as impressive in comparison.

Also toying with Thor > beating hulk. Thor was a joke to Hela, she was never threatened by him and Ragnarok and Infinity War go out of their way to establish that Thor is better than Hulk.

@legacy6364: without her blades how is this a stomp

Hela has far more experience and hand to hand combat than Thanos. Thousands of years to be technical.

On top of that the fight takes place on Asguard, the very location Hela draws her power from. The OP doesn't contradict this feat for the battle in question, thus must be allowed to be taken into consideration.

Hela, probably.

She's more skilled and has comparable stats. Hard to picture them going at it tho, given the size difference.

But I still don't see her Mjolnir crushing feat as a feat of pure physical strength - if she was that strong, it would have shown in her fight with Thor, and she would have manhandled everyone, including brutes like the Hulk, physically no trouble.

@angeljax: Hela once owned Mjolnir though, so I'm not sure if the crushing feat was pure strength or not. Magic is performed with simple movements sometimes, and sometimes even in close range of the target.

@rebake: There's no evidence of her using magic or any kind of enhancement. If she was, you would think that there would be a statement or reference to it, but alas.

With the way Hela was written; being this baiscally endlessly powerful deity capable of dwarfing anything Thor as seen in raw power, I don't think it's far-fetched that she crushed Mjolnir under her own strength.

Hela was merely toying with Thor. She thought of him as a joke and even had him dead to rights but stopped to taunt him because Hela loves to play with her food.

I'll just copy what I said above about my two cents on the Mjolnir feat

Also, Hulk and Hela never fought face to face if they have, there's no doubt in my mind that she would've stomped him. Ragnarok occasionally made it very obvious that by this point Thor has eclipsed and surpassed Hulk in power. And Hela qas practically treating Thor himself like a child.

@angeljax:

That's fair. But about no implication that she used magic to crush the hammer, it goes both ways. You'd think there'd be an implication that she's a crazy multitonner. Otherwise, It'd be similar to an outlier.

The way I see it, I think it more had to do with the fact that she was an Asgardian that rivaled Odin's standing - which allowed her to bypass the "worthiness" factor and wield/crush the hammer through this unique Asgardian standing/power of hers.

Oh I don't doubt the slightest that He'll would've embarrassed the Hulk in a fight - I just think that if she was that physically strong, she would have manhandled just about everyone she did far more efficiently. The Hulk's just an example I used due to his weight class.

He did have the gems though he could have easily warped reality so vibranium is like paper.

She was the previous owner of Mjolnir. That's proabably the reason she was able to hold it. It makes more sense than her using some kind of dark Asgardian magic (which was never explicitly stated in the movie) or her implied standing to Odin or other Asgardians whatever that means.

Just because she possesses the strength doesn't mean she flashes it and bulldozes through everything. She much preferred to handle things with finesse and skill than just brute forcing her way past everything.
