giant man is at his biggest size
random encounter, who wins?
@nwname: do u think SW is stronger?
@granitevision: Yes. Antman at his biggest is 200 tons and likely has ~1000 ton strength. SW should be stronger via stomping Aquaman both in and out of water.
Giantman steps on him
Hilarious. Steppenwolf survived multiple punches from Superman who lifted an oil rigg. That wont even tickle him

More like a small part of an oilrig. Still, he got stronger in JL and SW also overpowered Aquaman who pushed a submarine.
@lilbroomstick: scaling above Aquaman in the water means that Steppie is stronger than all of the above, possibly combined.

Wat? Because the submarine?
@death4bunnies: yep
Submarine vs……..
Busting out of compound.. also shows his height which will be important for the next couple feats.
Lifts giant leviathan (the leviathans in EG we’re bigger, confirmed onscreen and by VFX department).. That leviathan is bigger than Giantman is tall. I think that’s better than the Sub by a fair amount.
——
AP wise Giantman has punched out a leviathan and oneshottted Cull with a stomp.
——
My hang up is size.. it’s easy to fight giants… Giantman did catch Warmachine so that’s something.. I’d be more comfortable saying Scott wins if hes allowed to change size mid battle.. go small and big when he needs.
@death4bunnies: the sub weighs in between 7k and 40k tons. We don't know the specifics, what makes the feat insane is the water drag.
The feat is called between 600000tons

The feat is called between 600k tons and 6million tons.
It's above giant man by a fair margin
Ye the drag makes it pretty impressive, but if your referring the the calc I think you are that dude assumes a lot.. specifically depth and speed… which are pretty important to a drag calc.
That leviathan Scott is pushing through the portal is huge don’t you agree? Like it’s longer than Scott is tall, all flesh and metal.
If I get time today I’ll see if I can roughly pixel scale it.
@death4bunnies: he does assume a lot, but the assumptions are sound. The sub clearly had a lot of speed given how it popped out of the ocean in the end.
We can lower the feat significantly to 100k tons, or even halve it from there. He woukd still be stronger than AntMan. And Steppie was stronger than him.
Giant man is slow asf, struggles to tag street tiers, and can't concentrate a lot of force on small targets due to his low speed.
Maybe if he lands a step on Wolf then he can win but otherwise he gets cut up.

The DCEU fandom says: "Moving a total weight of around 579,283 tons or 525,516,698 kgs."
@triplea123: it's an unofficial calc
@chimeroid: I know.

Hurting and overpowering Aquaman is a huge accomplishment for Steppenwolf. Giant-Man doesn't have any feats on that level. His best feat is squishing Cull Obisidian and one-shotting a Leviathan.
