Moso drags the Wolf under like he did Indominus Rex. Fenris did show the ability to pierce trough Hulks skin but never the strength to try to drag something the size of the Mosasaurus.

i may be 3 whole years late but anyone take into consideration that fenris could potentially drown if mosasaurus holds him correctly
