I don't really know. I assume Shadow King could win pretty easily through TP if Mantis had any effect. I think Shadow King is much more dangerous than Ego, but it's kinda hard to see a victory scenario for him/her without TP. Luckily, I think TP should definitely work.
Mantis was able to use her empath powers to temporarily put Ego to sleep, even in God/Planet form. I think Shadow King should be able to invade his mind via TP and take control. How long she'd be able to keep control, however, is another conversation.
