Round 2:

-Strange has the Eye

-Win by the same conditions as in round 1.

Rules:

-No speed blitzing and no BFR.

-Standard equipment

-Most recent cinematic version of their characters

Battle takes place in Titan

Sups stomps 1 And lose 2. I cant see what he can do against time hax and no blitzing on top

R. 1 supes one shots

R.2 stalemate supes one shots until they agree to stalemate time loop wont stop

R.3 Supes still kills him.

R1 & 2 : fried via heat vision.

It takes Strange more than 5 seconds to activate the time gem loop thing, he'd be heat visioned by then. Infinity War also proved that in character he'll only use it as a last resort.

With speed equal, Strange wins round 2 via time stone. He can cancel out heat vision with a mirror dimension wall and simply freeze Supes in time. If he needs a distraction then he can easily just make his clones to distract.
