MCU Doctor Strange vs. CW Clifford DeVoe

The Rules

• In-Character (Morals On/Off depending on character's mindset and personality)
• Standard Knowledge on one another.
• Battle Field Removal is not allowed.
• No Prep Time. Standard Equipment.
• MCU Doctor Strange. Infinity War feats allowed.
• CW Thinker. He has powers from all the subjects.
• Doctor Strange can't use the Time Gem.
• DeVoe can't use his hovering chair.
• They start 200 feet away from one another.
• Win by Death/Incap/KO.

Bonus Round #1:

Doctor Strange is Morals Off but DeVoe does have his chair.

Bonus Round #2:

Battle Field Removal is allowed.

Bonus Round #3:

Battle Field Removal is allowed. Strange can use the Time Gem.

I hope this hasn't been done before. I searched for it and I couldn't find it.

Callouts

Round 1- DeVoe can use his chair as bait and tag Strange from a different angle. Considering he was casually dodging Flash's attacks by reading his mind, I'd imagine he'd do the same here and figure out a method of defeating him with his abilities. Strange can get mind scrambled, or taken out by any combination of hax.

Round 2- Basically a race to BFR the other. DeVoe can send him to the Atlantic or the bottom of the ocean but Strange can send him to a different dimension. However, seeing as Strange is in character, I wouldn't see why he would do that to a seemingly normal person. That possibly means that DeVoe can get the first shot in, which could mean another win. Could go either way.

Round 3- Kinda the same as before. Morals on Strange won't go for time manipulation right away, which means a possible win for DeVoe, but if Strange gets the chance he will be able to win here.

Devoe all rounds but I'm open to discussion.

DeVoe has too much to consider lol. Strange's magic might be too much.

3. If Strange uses the Time Gem right away, he wins, if not, Devoe wins.

Devoe destroys Strange. Far more powerful, far smarter and the dude just keeps coming back even after death, being defeated lol.

Strange gets haxed to death. Dovoe has too much hax and versatility and everything Strange does can be countered

@stalin-is-steel: BFR is not a win in the second round, it is just allowed. So if Strange was BFR'd to the Atlantic, he could portal back and the fight would continue.

You cannot fight bad luck.

@major_hellstrom: I'm just saying that it's pretty in character for DeVoe to BFR dudes away. Once he knows that Strange can counter that, then he'll go for other methods.

Devoe stomps, round 1 he chokes him. The other 2 rounds he uses bad luck to make Strange BFR himself. Or if that's too unbelievable, he makes Strange fall over and stumble with bad luck. Then he BFR's Strange by himself.

Strange is just way too versatile and has way too many tricks up his sleeve.
