Matt indefinitely. T’Challa has Erik beat at least twice in their initial ritual battle and only reason why T’Challa didn’t win is because he hesitated both time. Matt is above T’Challa without herb so if a depowered T’Challa can take Erik then a faster and more skilled opponent can too.
I cannot see Matt beating Erik in-universe. He does have better feats overall though based on what I can remember from both of them.
Matt's meant to be basically the most talented fighter Stick's ever seen by statements I don't see how a pretty good Punisher expy doesn't get his ass kicked even in universe.
