The only way I see the team gaining the upper-hand hear is if BP finds a way to scratch Cull's eyes out or slit his throat although I don't really know how thick his skin is.

No one here is able to put Cull down. Heck Spiderman cannot defeat Cull 1 on 1. Black Panther will last the longest, but all he can do is use his blasts to merely push Cull. His claws will be effective too but since Cull has tagged an even more agile Spiderman, they lose. Cull is a beast.
