Is crossbones allowed to use his melee weapons? I know he has his suit but is he allowed to use his knives that are attached to his suit?

they're attached to his glove take those off and he's got no knife. Cap did it in the movie.

Ozy rather easy. He didn't get hit once in the whole movie his fighting ability was insanely good. Crossbones wouldn't even land one shot. Don't compare Ozy to cap either. Cap gets complacent with his fights. Ozy speed far out classes Crossbones.

Don't believe that ozy is quite as strong as cap but I do believe he is faster and more skilled. I see him disarming the gauntlets then taking crossbones apart methodically if not as quickly as cap

This! Ozy's pretty close to Cap level strong and he's faster, has better reflexes, and is more intelligent/methodical. He'll dismantle Crossbones in fewer moves than Cap and take fewer hits in the process. Remember, he was toying with Niteowl and Rorscach, batting them around like they were little kids. He only gets tagged when he wants to!

He has one feat in which he catches a bullet. His reflexes are obviously better, but thats it.

You answered your own question, he catches a bullet. Unless you think people when fighting become slower somehow.. If he can see, react and catch a bullet, Cap is going to be moving very slow for him, cap won't tag him.

Strength Feats: Throws Comedian across the room like a child, breaks Comedian's wrist with a punch, slams Comedian so hard he shatters marble counter-top, picks Comedian up over his head and throws him through heavyduty reinforced window, sends Rorscach and Niteowl flying across the room with his kicks or just blocking their blows with a kick, jumps right over a charging Rorscach while his back is turned, jumps across the room at laser-firing Niteowl.

Speed feats: Catches a bullet, dodges thrown knives, catches a butcher's knife thrown at him, able to outmaneuver Comedian and travel across the room in the time it takes him to pick up his gun, bullet-dodging multiple shots by an Assassin, while closing distance on attacker, blocking and dodging every punch and kick thrown by the Comedian, Niteowl, and Rorscach with ease.

Rorschach and Niteowl are also shown to have superhuman durability and strength, which is one reason why he doesn't one-shot them. The other reason is because he's holding back and toying with them because he wants to talk, he wants them to listen to him, and he wants them to join him. If he meant to kill them, or KO them, he would have without a doubt. Also, he kinda does KO Rorschach by throwing him cross the room into a stone edifice.

Ozzy isn't quite Caps strength but he's not far off. Hes also way faster so I'd say he stomps

I dont know if you are up to date with cap feats, but none of them even come close to his feats.

Cap punched underwater through submerged submarine glass, he is capable of biceps curling a helicopter and lifted a multi-ton heavy steel beam off the ground.

Ozys strength feat are laughable at best compared to that. Lifting a 180 lbs heavy man above your head and throwing him is not even a superhuman feat.

Why are you listing all of these non-impressive feats ? He has clearly one feat, which is above Cap and that is the bullet feat. Cap can replicate the other feats, but its not like Cap is heavily outclassed in combat speed. I give Ozy the edge in speed, but Cap can most certainly keep up and can tank more than he got.

He did not KO him. He needed some time to get back up and he did.

Ozy cant put Cap down, even if Cap decides to hold back massively. Its still debtable, if Ozy can put him down in the first place.

@ithemanwithoutfeari: Bear in mind, I said he was close to cap level, not cap level, in terms of strength, particularly when it comes to combat. His kicks are as powerful as any Cap has dished out, as are his throws. He can also jump almost as far as Cap. Cap clearly has greater lifting strength.

He dominated characters which are barely above fodder. Rorschachs and Night Owls best feats are beating fodder and getting beat up by more fodder.

Cap can overwhelm characters in h2h, which surpass him in strength, durability and speed.

Speed alone is not a deciding factor here.

Anyone who can give Cap a decent challenge is above Ozy. simple as that.

Are you asking me who would win in a fight between Cap and Ozymandias? If it were pure H2H, I think it would be a close fight, but Cap's more impressive durability feats would win out in the end.
