Dex isn’t that impressive h2h, and Colleen has a potential aoe oneshot with the IF. Put them in an office building or somewhere where bullseye has objects to utilize then she gets shishkabobbed
Colleen wins the unarmed round, it'd be a good bout but she's just better
Second round is trickier. The DD suit offers resistance to blades, and Dex could get some hits in with club throws/ricochets. I'd probably still back Colleen, but the armor is pretty problematic, imo
If the environment offers more things for Dex to use as weapons, that could be enough for me to give him a win
If Dexter has anything to throw then he's gonna destroy her body. The IF is a powerful weapon but she doesn't have a lot of experience with it.
Dexter and Collen are both good in H2H but I think Colleen wins by a sight edge if she's careful. She's really gonna need to keep up the pressure or else he'll recuperate and win.
Round 2 goes to Dexter just because the batons are projectiles.
The environment definitely changes this fights outcome though. An open area favors Colleen, an office building, church or house favors Dexter. I might even say a place with a lot of gravel or wood chips favors Dexter
