No weapons. Purely H2H.
This is Oliver Queen as of the latest current flashbacks.

I don't know what's more impressive, Ollie barely beating a Featless way past his prime Russian Oligarch or Colleen beating the hell out of a Featless in his prime much larger cage fighter?! Decisions. Decisions. I guess technically Colleen also went on to beat 2 Featless in their prime much larger cage fighters at the same time, so based on Feats I've got to go with Colleen! It's also true that, at this point in time, Oliver has less than 5 years of training and Colleen has at least double, probably triple that amount!
Russian Ollie stomps.
@cramandman: Dude. One was Dolph Lundgren, who obviously showed a good degree of skill in his fight. The other was just a big brawler.
Flashback Ollie still has way more feats than Colleen, not to mention he's survived way more serious shit, than her safe life just spent in a dojo.

I love Dolph Lundgren too and he did show some skill in his fight with Ollie. Even so, his only Feat was losing to Oliver. Maybe he could beat both of the cage fighters that colleen fought but we don't know that's true! I was more impressed with Colleen overcoming gender, height, weight disadvantages than Ollie beating up an old man!
The best argument for Ollie beating Colleen is based on losses not wins. You can make the case that Oliver losing to Mirakuru Slade on the island is more impressive than Colleen losing to Danny Rand. I think that's your winner! At the very least it gives Ollie a massive durability stat advantage over Colleen.
Oliver probably wouldn't have struggled in the cage fights, not even in the two-on-one. Those guys were both giants compared to Colleen but Oliver is probably just as strong as them, and he's a skilled martial artist at the same time.
Oliver. Dude still had great physicals back then. Skill might actually be comparable, but Oliver wins there too.
Oliver. Kapushon is the same as S1 Oliver.
That's true actually.
