Round 1 : Base CM vs Base Diana
Round 2 : H2H
Round 3 : Binary vs God-Mode
1. Diana, but barely
2. Carol ( WW has rather no h2h feats )
3. Carol is much more destructive but Diana is more hax and broken with her powers. Stalemate or Carol ( but just barely )
Round 1 I am assuming this is chipped CM. In this case Diana wins.
Round 2 I am assuming this is non chipped. In this case CM stomps. If she is chipped then it is close but I would give it to Diana.
Round 3 God mode Diana has nothing on CM other then her sword. CM for the majority. BVS Diana seemed more impressive then God mode Diana tbh.
Carol has nothing in her arsenal that can actually damage diana and she's too slow to engage in an actual fight with her. The sword makes this completely one sided. I mean doomsday is several tiers above Carol with far better stats and he couldn't hurt her.
That wasn't God Mode WW. We will see that in WW1984.
@isocom79: But that is the WW the OP intends us to be using I assume.
Diana stomps
Carol stomps
Diana in a good fight if she has her sword
Can Diana even hurt Carol? No.
Even before she went binary on the space, she was still able to hold an alien tech laser sword barehanded and then she breaks it easily.
This sword was able to cut steel like butter and it went straight threw a skrull gun.
Carol was also able to jump on a spaceship explosion and takes no damage from the spaceship's shrapnel pieces.
Carol > Supes & DD > Steppenwolf & Diana in term of piercing durability.
Carol has far better raw speed than Diana anyway, if anything Diana can't react to Carol's bullrush light-speed flight.
Carol has better raw strenght feats such as holding a missile and throwing it into space aganist gravity and better striking feats such as one shotting the mountain sized spaceship Sanctuary II with a bullrush.
Carol > Supes > Diana in raw strenght/striking and Diana's strenght was no match for Supes'.
AoE > Speed. AoE always beats speed, always. Diana's speed was not able to keep it up with DD's AoE energy blasts but yet Batman dodged an attack from DD.
There is nothing Diana can do to Carol's superior strength, flight speed, durability and AoE energy blasts. Diana is simply outmatched 10/10.

Carol wins 10/10, she beats Supes & DD let alone Diana.
You should check my breakdown on this thread, Diana's not on Carol's level.
@chaoselement: I agree in round 2 CM easily wins 10/10 as long as she isn't chipped. Chipped CM while she had great durability was way weaker then on chipped CM and wasn't that impressive. And I also agree CM beats Diana handily when both are at their peak. I wouldn't give her a 10/10 simply because Diana could get lucky and hit her with the sword and kill her but overall CM would take a solid majority in my opinion.

Just wondering are you sure that the sword can cut Carol's durable skin?
She has greater durability feats than Steppenwolf and Flash and neither of them were hurt by Diana's sword. I think the main reason why it worked on DD, is because Kryptonians are weak to magic.
Also, Carol can use her supersonic photon blasts to destroy Diana's sword or to disarm her.
Carol handily. She would beat Clark too.
@chaoselement: I agree she beats Clark and Diana. And Kryptonian being weak to magic doesn't have that much substantial evidence. Overall DD has great piercing resistance and I give Diana the benefit of the doubt that she can pierce CM.
@kinglouie: He tanked a ton of high caliber bullet fire from helicopters and the like.

There is evidence that Kryptonians are weak to magic;
WW's lasso worked on Clark as you can see Clark clearly shows discomfort and he is pissed off because it effected him, he resisted because Diana didn't catch him or didn't wrap him with lasso, Clark was just holding it with his hands.
Even regular humans like Steve Trevor can resist it a little when they wrapped up fully.
In the same movie, it was completely ineffective on Ares.
Another example; Diana using her energy blast on DD, what happens? Doomsday does not glow or absorb anything neither he releases an AoE attack.
Diana was not able to cut Steppenwolf, who has no piercing durability feats meanwhile it worked on DD.
Diana was not able to restrain Steppenwolf with Aquaman's help with both hands.
Meanwhile, she was able to restrain Doomsday and unless you believe that in physicals Steppenwolf > Doomsday > BvS Superman > Diana that's false. Especially when JL Superman himself is the same as BvS.
In conclusion, there's enough evidence that DCEU Kryptonians are weak to magical attacks. The magic works on them and bypasses their durability feats.
@callme_sim: Nah, Carol only wins in Binary Mode. She dies in H2H badly
@chaoselement: Damn that magic thing is pretty observant of you.
They're simply weak to magic.
