Tony solos with the Avengers suit. Neither Bruce or Steve can hurt him. I'd argue Peter should be able to solo, but given his lack of experience and the laughable fight he gave Steve in Civil War, it's difficult to imagine he could suddenly take on two top fighters.

This isn't fair. Iron man can already solo with that op mark 6 suit(which he would have destroyed cap and bucky in), but I expect spiderman to solo after infinity war as well.

Team 2 stomps. Batman is fodder to either Peter or Stark and I don't see Steve beating this Iron Man suit.

This fight could turn into a 2 vs 1 very quickly. Peter's experience is extremely low, and I think it's fair to say they've portrayed that in the films. MCU Cap is ridiculous in terms of feats. Most people will ignore it, but it really is a lot of PIS at work, and regardless of it being PIS, they're still feats. What would stop Batman's EMPs from disabling the Iron Spider suit? The suit Tony's using is far weaker than the suits we saw later. I think all feats considered, Cap and Bruce have a very good chance. Cap fought Tony who was basically bloodlusted with a more advanced suit before, and Bruce's EMPs could potentially shut down both of their suits anyway, unless I missed a feat from the first Iron Man movies or the Avengers that showed Tony's suit was resistant to EMPs.

Batman is useless fodder here just like in every thread and steve is outclassed. Team 2 wins
