Without webs, Spidey gets curbed. Hard. He's good but he's still learning and his h2h abilities pale in front of Cap. New Spidey's main weapon from what I've seen is his webbing.

Spidey's web helped him more than Cap's shield helped him in the Civil War fight.

Cap wins this decisively.

Cap outskills Spidey here, especially with no webbing (Peter incorporates it into his fighting style).

Spidey certainly has better stats then Cap, but Cap is far more experienced and skilled so he wins.

Cap should win. Spider-man doesn't throw punches. Marvel doesn't let him.
