MCU Cap vs Indominus Rex

Cap gets digested, he's not this good.

With shield, Cap knocks all its teeth out

Captain America slices the Indominus Rex in half with a kick to his shield. Mismatch.

Cap would beat him even unarmed due to superior speed and skill. His physicals don't fall behind either. With his shield he can just embed it in the beast's skull until it dies.

Also Cap doesn't need to be morals off to kill a dinosaur, he didn't hesitate when killing soldiers, mercenaries, shield traitors or nazis.

I-rex takes this. Cap may be able to damage it but once he gets caught it's over for him.

How is he getting caught when he has a massive speed, intelligence and skill adavantage?

Cap beat rex, several shield throw to the head is going to cause lots of damages and cap is smart enough to do that.

Rex wrecks.

I'm not seeing how Cap beats the creature that tanked an RPG.

With the shield he's used to take out a literal jet fighter?

I think Indominus Rex could win this fight if it gets a good hit in, and while Cap is smaller and faster in comparison, it's not an impossible ask either.

Cap has the AP to damage something as sturdy as I Rex with his shield, and/or take out some of its weapons/assets by targeting weak points (breaking talons/teeth with the shield, stabbing/gouging/slamming its eyes, hamstringing, etc), and the skills to get it done. I just don't think it's going to be anything like routine, even for him - it'll be a serious fight, and he'll have to work hard to get the win.

Urban areas favor Cap and the jungle favors I Rex here - not sure which part of the park is intended.

But IMO, that only gives I Rex a closer defeat, perhaps a few more wins out of 10... but I think Cap has shown sufficient ruthlessness, speed, skill, and strength to take down I Rex before it guts him and swallows him in chunks.

9/10 in building areas, hard-fought but with Cap almost always in control.

7/10 in jungle areas, nasty fight every time.

There's always the chance that my friend Steve is going to get munched on as the Rex's lunch, but, based on the Super-Soldier's showings against Ultron and Iron Man, there's an even bigger chance that Steve is going to gut the dinosaur with a swift kick of the Shield into her belly -- or, he'll send the Shield directly into her skull, killing her instantly. He certainly does have the physicals and mental capacity to contend with the beast, using his surroundings while evading her snapping jaws and swipes and grabs of her clawed hands and tail.

Cap with a shield took down a Quinjet in a couple of movements.

Cap is fast and small, and his shield would go right through a dinosaur-sized Achilles tendon, no problem. Once one of those tendons goes, it's game over for the iRex.

Also, if cap goes after either leg with the kind of front kick he used on the pickup truck in Civil War, that leg goes out from under iRex. IRex's size actually works against him, since cap definitely has the speed to match him, and far more maneuverability.

Speaking of taking down a Quinjet, I can see Steve taking Indominus down be striking key points. First the ankles, then the spine. Getting on top of it wouldn't be a problem either due to his grappling line.

Cap does a spin kick like this (gif above) launching the shield to the dino's eye for example and its game over.I never want to be salty but I-Rex winning on the poll makes me lose faith in humanity

Cap dies in under a minute . This is a Super Soldier Dinosaur that can close the gap instantly.

Cap should win if he plays it smart.

Cap wins comfortably, but it obviously is close, since the dino can end him very quickly. It will be a treat to watch
