One guy is dodging Ultron who has no speed feats.

The other is dodging a Kryptonian heat vision.

And you are convinced that dodging Ultron is faster.

@king_majestros: You're right, I am definitely not catching what you are insinuating. All I see is one character dodging Ultron and the other dodging a Kryptonian.

What you're seeing in those gifs is Ollie reacting to a very clearly slowed-down Heat Vision, that anyone could have seen coming and evaded, including Steve. But, that's not really the point of my post. I mentioned those gifs as what I'm basing my opinion on.

So you are judging these feats by the actual visual speed that the actors can move, and not the intent of the feat.

I understand why you would do that, but it is a flawed system. Oliver Queen and Steve Rogers are both supposed to be a LOT faster than their IRL actors are.

Where have I mentioned anything about the actors? Right now, you're creating a false reality in which I've stated many items that you are twisting in order to say, "nay, you are wrong." How about following what I've typed, exactly? I don't agree nor use "intent of the scene" to justify why a character wins; I use what is precisely shown. Hence, Steve wins because his gifs reveal him reacting faster than Ollie.

There's nothing to quantify. Anyone can see with their own eyes that Steve is accurately faster in those gifs. I can also see what you're doing and understand why you're doing it.
